Pan-Express Travel Ltd. was founded by its current
president
Mr. Mohan (Mike) Kendall
in February of 1980. Pan-Express Travel is a licensed retail travel agency in the Province of Ontario and Governed by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. (T.I.C.O.)
Mike is a 33 year veteran of the travel industry, and brings a vast amount of experience and diverse knowledge to the company as he guides it through the ever changing phases of the marketplace.
Our office manager is
Nancy Davison.
Nancy has 30 years experience in the travel industry. Nancy's expertise lies in her knowledge of travel in Europe, the Caribbean, the United States, and Canada.
She also offers excellent customer service in booking groups to Cuba.
Dennis Hillier
looks after the tour development desk. Dennis has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific. You might say he's our resident "World Traveller". Dennis has an uncanny ability to create unusual itineraries at bargain prices, and can advise you on everything from what to pack for the trip, to where to get the best bargains while you're enjoying your holiday. Dennis is a recognized authority on travelling, and how to take the stress out of your next trip.
Our newest travel consultant is
Judith Schott.
Judith brings several years experience in the travel industry to Pan-Express. Judith has traveled in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South East Asia, and will be delighted to assist you with your travel plans to these destinations. She has also traveled in New Zealand and much of the Caribbean, and will provide you with everything to make your holiday memorable.
A relative newcomer to Pan-Express Travel is
Rachel Empey.
It hasn't taken her long though to develop a big following of satisfied clients, who are very impressed by her courteous manner, hard work, and dedication with which she pursues their interests in securing their dream vacations.
A veteran of the agency is
Shirley Billings.
Shirley has been with Pan-Express Travel right from the beginning in various capacities. Her valuable input has been instrumental in shaping some very important policies for the company. Shirley has travelled extensively to many of the top vacation spots in the world and will use her experience to assist you in making your next holiday perfect!
Finance and accounting is looked after by
Sonal Kendall,
her diligence ensures the smooth operation and accurate accounting of receipts and payments to the proper recipients.
Today Pan-Express Travel Ltd. offers a wide range of products and services including special airfares, package holidays, cruise packages, hotels, car rentals, insurance and speciality tours, including last minute sizzling specials.
