By using this website you agree solely without modification, the terms and conditions listed below, and to the terms and conditions of respective tour companies in which you are booking your travel services. Pan-Express Travel Ltd, hereby known as Pan-ExpressTravel.com has the same responsibilities as a licensed travel agency in the Province of Ontario, as such it offers the services of providing travel information and reservations, as provided by various third party suppliers to the customer. Customers must be at least 18 years of age in order to purchase travel services from Pan-ExpressTravel.com Users of this website must agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page in order to use this website
PRICING AND CONTENT:
All prices within this websire are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Airport fees, taxes and service charges where applicable are not included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after purchase, as a result of a tour operator change, are not the responsability of Pan-ExpressTravel.com Once a booking is complete, pricing cannot be adjusted. Pricing and availability on all packages and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed. Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and that of the actual tour operator selling price, then the later shall prevail. All products are subject to availability and deliverable within Canada only. All international content, such as hotel and destination information, on this website is provided only as a guideline, and may not be an exact representation. Pan-ExpressTravel.com makes every effort to make sure that the content within this website is up to date. However due to constant changes and circumstances beyond our control some of the destination information may not be one hundred percent accurate. Pan-ExpressTravel.com will match any service price provided the price is not below cost. We will make every attempt to provide the lowest pricing; however occasional circumstances may prevent us from providing the lowest price. Prices are only guaranteed at time of booking and will not be lowered once the booking is complete. Price changes made by the airline or tour operator after booking has been completed cannot be matched.
PAYMENT:
Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Third party credit card bookings will only be processed after receiving written confirmation from the card holder. All fradulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.
CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY:
After a purchase is made, the customer will receive an email confirming their purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the email and that of what the customer booked, the customer MUST contact our office, 519-744-7331 or 677-726-9777 within 24 hours from the time of booking.
DOCUMENTATION
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documents, such as valid passports and visas, required to gain entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required documentation is received before travel departure. IMPORTANT - Children 18 and under travelling alone or with only one parent MUST have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not travelling or if both parents are not travelling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents. If you are unsure of the requirements for the country you are travelling to or for any other documentation inquiries, please contact a Pan-ExpressTravel.com agent.
CANCELLATION
Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Some purchases MAY be changeable for a fee that is determined by the tour operator that you have made your reservation with. It is highly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforseen circumstances. Please see below.
INSURANCE
For every sale, Pan-ExpressTravel.com offers the option to purchase travel insurance to cover the customer against any unforseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during or after your trip. There are different types of insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is an optional decision to the customer. Pan-ExpressTravel.com highly recomends purchasing travel insurance. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim, it is their responsibility to contact Pan-EpressTavel.com as soon as possible. Please contact us if you require more information regarding travel insurance.
